Healthy Snacks!
Today I’m having apple slices & roasted chickpeas for my afternoon snack. I tossed the chickpeas in EVOO and sprinkled some garlic powder and curry powder on them. Then I popped them in the oven at 375’F for 30 min. YUM! Nutritious & Delicious! Source: chefbriblog.com via Erin on Pinterest

I’m usually not a big fan of New Year’s Eve, I always find it sort of anti-climatic. But, this year I’ve decided to throw a small get together at my house.
